The transparent bottle reveals a blue-grey perfume, which represents the colors of the American West Coast horizon.
Its grey metal cap is inspired by Coach’s turnlock details and engraved with a C at the base.
The philosophy behind Open Road stems from an obsession with American road tips on the open Western roads.
Jean-Christophe Hérault, the mastermind perfumer behind Open Road, wanted to capture this nostalgic feeling of being with your buddies on a road trip in celebration of the “bromance” or that male bonding that can only result from this unrestricted and dynamic setting.
To perfectly portray this notion, Coach has reached out to French Art Director, Fabien Baron, a long-time collaborator, to manage the campaign direction.

Open Road is an aromatic and woody fragrance signed by perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault.
The perfumer wanted to capture the euphoria and spontaneity of an adventure along the West Coast by creating a dynamic fragrance that evolves with the landscape.
The composition opens with fresh sparkling Primofiore lemon and red apple.
Sichuan pepper is in the heart with an aromatic mixture of lavender and clary sage. Patchouli, vetiver, and the woody softness of cedar are in the drydown.
